To place an online order, begin by logging into your All About Books account by clicking “Log In/Register” in the upper right corner. Note: if you do not log in first, your cart contents will be combined with any items left in your cart from your last session.
After logging into your account, use the navigation bar on the top of the page to find what you’re looking for and add items and/or collections as needed. In the Books tab, look for books sorted by age ranges and themes. Find collections, bundles, and packs in the Collections tab. In Featured, find sale items and any current promotions, along with a list of Staff Favorites and links to New Arrivals and Online Exclusives.
Once you find an item or collection you would like to order, add via the quick view or by clicking on the item to view more detailed information.
When you have finished gathering the items for your order, navigate to your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page, review your cart, and begin checkout.
From here you will be able to select your Order Bonus. All orders over $100 qualify for a 10% discount or Partner Packs, which means you would receive 10 free books for every $100 spent.
Click continue and proceed to the Shipping Section.
Here you will see all the addresses listed in your account’s address book. If you do not see the address you need to ship to, click on Add New Address. If you need to add to an existing address click Edit to make those changes. Complete the rest of the information on the page, adding in any additional email addresses you would like to receive shipment notifications.
Click continue and proceed to the Payment section.
At the top of this section, you can select how you would like to pay via the dropdown menu: invoice or credit card. If you are looking to use your prepaid funds, you would select the ‘Invoice’ option. You will also see your prepaid balance displayed here, and you can check the box below the dropdown menu to indicate you’d like to use your Prepaid Account Balance. Should you have a remaining balance due after your funds have been applied you can either be invoiced for that amount or have a credit card charged after your order ships.
If you are expecting prepaid funds and they do not display on this screen, there is a chance there has been a delay in the deposit or you have accidentally registered for a new account instead of signing into the existing account we have for your program. If you are in the correct account and do not see funds that you were told would be deposited please feel free to either leave us a note in the billing instructions at the bottom of this page or contact us before placing your order to confirm we have all of the correct information. We will be in constant communication with you to remedy any issues before your order ships and we do not charge or invoice until after the order has shipped.
Verify the billing address and list the email where you would like invoices or payment receipts sent.
Once all information is confirmed, click continue at the bottom of the page.
On this last screen, you can review your order one last time. If you need to make any changes to your order, go back through the checkout to fix any errors or simply click on the All About Books logo on the top of the page to navigate back to the homepage where you can add or remove any items from your cart.
If you decide to add or remove any items at that point, when you go back through checkout you may be prompted to update your order bonus if there have been significant changes, but your billing and shipping information should remain the same unless you need to update those as well.
Once you are finished editing your order, click “Place Order”. You will then see a screen with your order number and a downloadable PDF. Additionally, you will also receive an email with this order summary shortly after the order is placed, referred to as the ‘Order Received’ email. The ‘Order Received’ email is separate from your order confirmation. Your order confirmation email will be sent once our staff has reviewed your order and sent it through to our warehouse for processing. Should any issues need to be remedied prior to this step, you will be contacted by a member of our sales team. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, though please allow 24-48 business hours for us to reach out or confirm your order. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
After your order has been confirmed, our incredible warehouse team will pack and ship your order. In your order confirmation, you will be given an estimated ship date based on our current order volume and you can expect your shipping and tracking information to be emailed the morning after your books have left our warehouse.
