Ordering by the case not only allows our warehouse team to fulfill your order faster, but most importantly – it saves you money! You can save up to $0.20 per book if you choose to order by the case. Case quantities can range from 40 books per case to 120+ books, which you will see on the item how many books you are ordering when you add them to your cart.
Previously, our items offered in their publisher case were categorized by the item number ending in CQ.
Now ordering by the case size is even easier! Moving forward, the case quantity option is now integrated within the primary (A) item records. If an item is available to order in its case size, you’ll see that offered right under the title’s description. You’ll no longer need to search for the separate “CQ” item.
To filter items offered by the case, use the section marked “Available as case” on the left side to select "Yes". This will display all items currently available to purchase by the case.
Don’t see a case option listed for the book you would like? The item may not be offered by the case or it may currently be out of stock. If you need help checking availability, please reach out to our team.
To order a title by the case, add your desired quantity into the “Buy by the Case” box and select Add to Cart.
Please note, entering your quantity into the “Buy individually” box will apply the standard single book price, rather than the discounted case rate.
However, if you add an individual amount close to the case quantity amount, you’ll see a friendly reminder to save by ordering the case!
Looking to order more than the case quantity? Add your desired number of cases in the “Buy by the case” box and select Add to Cart. Then click Continue Shopping to add the additional individual copies at their standard price. To order both individual copies and cases at the same time, they will need to be added to your cart separately. If you are ever curious how many books you have in your cart, use the cart drop-down to see your book quantity and order subtotal.

Important: If you enter a full case quantity into the “Buy individually” field and complete your purchase, your order will be processed at the standard individual per-book price. It does NOT automatically discount to the case price.
To ensure you receive the best bulk pricing at checkout, make sure to add your quantities using the “Buy by the Case” box!
