Reach Out and Read Accounts:
If you are a Reach Out and Read site, we already have an account set up for you! All new sites receive AllAbout Books account numbers on a monthly basis. To access your account, email service@allaboutbooks.org, call 1-877-732-3667, or complete the Account Request Form on the Login/Register page, and we will send your login credentials. If you have prepaid funds in your account, this will speed up access to those funds and the placement of orders without delay.
Other Literacy Programs (Parents as Teachers, Smart Start, ParentChild+, Early Learning Coalition, etc.)
Depending on your program, we may or may not have an existing account set up for you. If someone from your organization has ordered with us before, email our team at service@allaboutbooks.org or call 1-877-732-3667, and we will either send you your account information or set up an account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, click "Forgot password" on the Login/Register page. You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you encounter any issues with this process, contact our team and we can manually reset your password.
If you already have an account and accidentally request a new account through the form, there is no need to worry; we will take care to preserve your order history and preferences. Most requests will be completed within 1-2 business days. If we are unsure of any information, we will reach out to you directly to clarify.
To request a new account:
1. Go to Log In/Register in the top right corner of the page.
2. Below the sign-in fields, click "Account Request Form". Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. If you are confused about why these fields are necessary, please refer to our Customer Eligibility page.
3. Below the information fields, you will be able to set your communication settings. These settings apply to marketing communications and not transactional emails, which include information about promotions, new titles, operational updates, etc. If you choose to opt out of all marketing communication, you will still receive order receipts, order confirmations, and shipping notifications. Note: You can update these settings at any time at the bottom of any marketing email or in My Account.
4. After you submit your Account Request, our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days. If we have any questions about your request, you can expect an email from service@allaboutbooks.org. You can expect an approval with your temporary credentials, an email requiring more information for us to validate your organization, or a rejection if you do not meet our customer eligibility guidelines.
Please note that your email address is unique to your account. If you manage multiple accounts and require web access to more than one to place orders, you will need to use a different email address for each account. This is something that our team can help set you up with, so please reach out to us directly.
